Aaron Maloney:It’s almost been four years since Aaron joined us! We’re proud to have him working in our shop, as his attention to detail and skilled hands lend every project a true craftsman’s touch. Aaron has been working in the custom woodworking industry since his graduation from MATC’s Cabinetmaking Course right after high school, and we can only hope that he continues.
Andrew Black:One of Robert and Carol Black’s sons, I am proud to carry the family name into its second generation of custom cabinetmaking. Currently, I handle most of the design work for Black & Sons Furniture Makers, besides helping Aaron out in the shop, and running the books. When you dial our number, it will be me who answers your call.
Robert Black:Our founder. Realizing a dream to not only work for himself, but also to do something he loved, Dad started off on his own in 1968, the year before I was born. He patiently handmade everything, and he and my mother Carol worked hard on many a late night stripping, restoring, and finishing. Robert still enjoys helping out in the shop, and lends his experienced eye to many of our projects.
